You may cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before your scheduled time, free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
If you miss your scheduled consultation without contacting us in advance, the consultation fee is forfeited and a new payment is required to book another session.
To request a refund, email us at murugan@mayilonglobal.com with your name, booking details, and payment reference. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once we've begun processing your documents with a government department or the embassy, the service fee is non-refundable, even if the application is later delayed or rejected by that authority. Any third-party fees (embassy, attestation, courier, or similar) already paid on your behalf are non-refundable under any circumstances.
